Join us for the 6th Annual Shine Out! Shout Out! Adult Recreational Hockey Tournament raising funds and awareness for youth mental health.
Funds raised are in support of Just Be You peer to peer mental health support program for youth 15-25.

Just Be You – run by Support and Housing Halton – gives youth a place to hang out, feel supported, have fun, without stigma, without judgement. It is a place where they can “just be youth”.

We are so honoured to be invited to this event where Zach will be receiving a Vicki Award. The VICKI award is presented to someone who is working to make a difference in their community in the area of mental health. It is named after a dear member of our Shine Out! Shout Out! organizing committee who passed away in 2015 – Vicki O’Shaughnessy. The name of the award stands for Vivacious, Inspirational, Courageous, Kind, and Influential – everything that Vicki was.

We look forward to seeing this amazing group making a giant difference for kids in Oakville and area 🙂
